Southern California Foster Family and Adoption Agency is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to ensuring the well being of abused, abandoned and neglected children and helping them become independent and successful adults.

We comply with Title XXII regulations as implemented by the State Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services contract provisions.

Southern California Foster Family and Adoption Agency serves the greater Los Angeles community by providing quality homes for children of all ages, including teenage mothers with their babies and sibling groups. The agency also provides for children who have developmental delays, behavioral and school difficulties.

We seek and support loving, caring and capable families who want to bring a new family member into their homes. Whether interested in foster or adoptive parenting, all prospective families must be able to provide, with financial assistance from the agency, a secure, stable and nurturing home for the children.

We welcome all capable families regardless of age, sex, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical characteristics, marital or domestic partnership status, medical or disability status.

My wish is that children be be treated as people, not as property; that their rights as human beings on the planet, to food, shelter, education and health, be taken seriously. - Oprah Winfrey
